By registering for, attending, or participating in The Loop events (the “Event”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by:

Participation in the Event constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to abide by all rules, regulations, and instructions provided by the Event organisers.
2. Official Event Rules
The Official Event Rules form an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. All participants, spectators, and crew must comply with these rules at all times. Failure to follow the rules may result in disqualification, removal from the venue, or other actions deemed appropriate by the organisers.
3. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership
All content, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, videos, and logos, published on The Loop’s website and official social media channels, is the exclusive property of The Loop. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any of this content without prior written consent from the organisers.
4. Photography, Videography & Media Consent
By attending the Event, you grant The Loop, its affiliates, partners, and media representatives the right to:
- Film, photograph, and record your participation.
- Use your image, likeness, voice, and name in photographs, videos, or other media captured during the Event.
- Publish, distribute, and display this media worldwide, in any format, for promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes, without compensation.
If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify the organisers in writing prior to the Event. However, we cannot guarantee avoidance of incidental inclusion in media coverage.
5. Right to Refuse Participation
The organisers reserve the right to deny or remove participation to any individual who:
- Fails to comply with the Event Rules or these Terms & Conditions.
- Engages in conduct deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive to the Event.
6. Liability & Safety
Participation in the Event is at your own risk. The Loop organisers, sponsors, and partners accept no responsibility for injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from your participation or attendance, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
7. Warranties & Liability
The information on this website is provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind, whether expressed or implied, including (but not limited to) implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights.
